Mr. Manuel Ocreto - Chef
At a young age I was always fond of cooking and food in general. So much so I made it a career. I graduated from George Brown College with a culinary management degree in 2014. I have worked in various restaurants in Toronto, Mississauga and around The GTA. If not in the kitchen you would probably find me playing sports, watching movies or hanging out with friends. I look forward to sharing my food knowledge with the students as well as creating a fun and positive atmosphere here at Northstar.
Ms. Sarah Almeida - Chef
I graduated from Humber College with a Culinary Skills Certificate and have been working in the food industry for 12 years. I have always had an interest in cooking and baking, often helping my mother in the kitchen and baking treats for family and friends. I am excited to start my next chapter at Northstar and look forward to preparing meals for the students with the same attention and care as I do when cooking for loved ones.
