After a month of waiting, the property owner has marked around the work site and has finally started work with the drainage lines and soon grade the area.

There has been a lot of work done in May which included the installation of changeroom doors, completion of the mechanical room roof, pouring the concrete for the pool deck and installing the major components for the HVAC system.

The enclosure contractor has given us lots of grief with the measurements being provided by the general contractor and so a professional measurer was brought in to verify the measurements. They require the measurements to be accurate so they can modify the drawings prior to any cutting or else they will charge for additional material and labour if there was a discrepancy.

Due to delays, Mr. Modeste and Mr. Ramirez decided to relocate the toddler play structure further away from the pool to allow the toddlers to use the structure. Another reason for moving it, is to minimize the drop in ground level in the corner.
