As you may have noticed, the enclosure for the pool has not started yet. They have most of the materials they need but are waiting on an essential delivery from Europe. The have indicated sometime in May to start.

Meanwhile, the the brick work on the mechanical room is complete and only need to finish the roof trimming. They will also cut out the openings for the doors leading to the changeroom next week and pour the concrete for the pool deck. The pool contractor will be returning to fix any issues and install additional parts they require before commencing final work in June.

We will also be working to relocate the toddler play structure over 6ft. away from the pool. The property owner said they will begin to work on the drainage for the pool area in the coming weeks. Thank you for your continued patience.
