The enclosure is still not quite done yet partially due to the fact the weather has not been friendly. The high winds have delayed the installation of panels. However, they have managed to put up 90% of the panels and more than likely complete everything the first week of November. Inside the pool area, the sprinkler pipes have been installed and final work for the HVAC components have begun to take place. Once the enclosure is completed, there will be electrical and concrete work to take place before the pool contractors return to complete their work.
On a side note, the elementary play structure has been installed and very soon, the wood chips will be placed in the play area. We will have a playground inpector mid-November to confirm it is safe for use. The paving contractor made curbs on two sides of the play area and also a concrete sidewalk around the pool area. Once the enclosure is complete, the asphalt will be done as well. However, due to delays from the property owner, we are unclear as to when he will connect the water lines to the pool mechanical room and also have proper fencing and landscape. We will continue to contact property owner to ensure work is done expediently.
