September, 2014 - Over the several months, the addition is slowly but surely coming to fruition. There is more to do and we have been urging the property manager to speed up the process. The swimming pool is still on the planning stage due to changes in building codes that required revisions to our plans. In the process,the HVAC engineers are creating an energy model to determine what changes are necessary to satisfy the stringent building code. We are hoping in the next few weeks, we will know what needs to be done.
